Question
Please can you help me with the following?
My wife tells me that it is forbidden to step over someone who is lying on the ground apparently it has to do with the dead. I would like to know if this is true or not. I want my family to do things that have a Halachik source and not "Bobamaisers".
Answer
I have heard this also, but believe it is without any halachic foundation. I am not makpid on it, nor say anything to my family about it.
