is there a problem with getting a second peirce if in the city I live in it is not commnly done but i think it looks pretty

More than one earring per ear on its own does not impose a Halachic problem;
It is the context which counts.
The Torah expects us to be modest and try not to stand out with our appearance especially if it with the intention to attracts the attention of the opposite sex which is not our spouse.
In places where it is totally normal to wear a second pierce there will be no Halachic issue.
In places where is uncommon and stands out in an immodest way – it is problematic.
In some cases it may entail an educational problem when the second pierce comes as a statement against the normative religious lifestyle.
Sometimes Halacha is a question of geography…
