Hello,
My mother is Colombian and makes arepas for breakfast (very tasty.) I just assumed that it was a mezonot but I now I’m wondering if I’m wrong. The receipe is preboiled cornmeal and water. Is a mezonot or a shehacol?

The Bracha is Shehacol since it's not made from one of the five grains which would make it Mezonot.
