Question
I am a partner with nonorthodox Jews in a dental clinic, I myself am a dentist and do not see patients on Shabbos. We have a dental clinic can this clinic stay open on shabbos if nonjewish dentist see patients? Patients expect the clinic to be open on Shabbos?
Answer
You should have it written in your contract with your partner that the income from work on shabbat is only his. It is best if you put up a notice that you do not work on Shabbat.
