Question
Do i have to announce a bus ticket that had some punches in it that was found?
Answer
If it was found in a place where most of the passersby are Jews one has to announce it. If the owner does not come one writes down in a safe place the worth of the ticket (In order to repay the owner if he ever comes) and one can use the ticket.
