Question
What electric shavors are permitted? Are all of them allowed?

Machon Tzomet have published in our Hebrew Responsa the following explanation:
The Problem with an electric shaver is when it can shave without the net-heading. Most shavers cannot. The 6000 modals and newer can do so.
The net-heading turns the shaver Halachikly into a scissors and therefore one can shave with it.
Rabbi Ariel says that in the end one can use a shaver that has a strong net-head above the knife.
