I have a friend who is very against living in or the existence of the Shtachim in Israel and it often comes up as an argument between us so I was wondering about any proofs/sources the prove we shouldn’t pull out and that we should keep fighting even if its dangerous?

The so called Shtachim are AKA Eretz Yisrael. The Torah in many places promises us we will and commands us to live in Eratz Yisrael and to fight over it even though wars are dangerous. (See Ramban Mitzvat Asse 4 on the Sefer Hamitzvot of the Rambam)
