Hi
1)When toveling utensils in a Mikva does one have to dip them 3 times or is 1 time enough?
2)When a male goes into a Mikva does he have to dip 3 times or is once enough?

Answer
1. Once is enough but many have a custom of three times.
2. Once is enough but some have a custom of three or seven times.
