Tzitzit in Shema
Question
Dear Rabbi,
I am left-handed and put my tefillin on my right arm. Which hand should the tzit-tzit be held during the Shema?
Answer
Since the right hand is placed over the eyes when reciting shema, the tzitzit are held in the left. If you [place your left over your eyes, you can hold tzitzit in right but there is no compelling reason to do so.
