Question
When Nebuchadnezzar attacked Jerusalem and destroyed the Temple, Did his armies burn or destroy Torah and prophets’ books? Were they not lost?
Answer
I would assume that the secret writings were copied many times over by many Jews, and so, many copies survived the destruction and exile.
The Tanach, in any event, survived…
If there were writings that did not survive, it was probably meant to be.
