Beezrat Hashem we’re going to make Aliyah on Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan. Are there any special halachot (blessing, etc.) regarding our arrival?

Answer

There are no specific obligations. One could express gratitude to HaShem through saying psalm 126, and others that mention Zion. A kiddush is always in order.
