Is it forbidden/not advisable to visit Maarat Hamachpela, Kever Rachel etc. during the nine days this summer?
Answer
I know of no reason not to go, unless you are afraid it is dangerous, then you could wait. Personally I would not consider it a problem. I would not make it part of a "fun" outing on those days.
