Question
My son is very hairy and would like to laser the top of his back as in the summer he sweats a lot.
Is this included in the prohibition of "Lo Yilbash..."?

It is definitely included in this prohibition and would therefore be prohibited if it is simply for aesthetics. If there is a real reason there is place to allow it.
