Question
May I throw to the garbage all usual newspapers and old jewish calendars of previous years and all documents that only the expression Besiyata Dishmaya is apposed on the top of the document and documents who have or may have the name of Kadosh Barouch Hu?
Answer
Only writings containing the names of Hashem and Divrei Torah should be placed in Genizah – newspapers, documents etc. that are not of the above don't require Genizah.
Besiyata DiShmaya does not require Genizah
