Question
After a meat meal:
a) is it Assur to eat hot parve food served on hot milk dishes?
b) Is it Mutar to taste milk and spit it out?
Could you also PLEASE tell me the source for each of the two answers so I will learn it my self if I can?

1. yes - Shulchan Aruch YD 95, 1-2
2. no – Shulchan Aruch YD 89, 1 (according to Rambam's reasoning)
