Question
Why do the Ashenazic and Sephardim read different Haftorah sections on Shabbat?
Answer
I don't know, there are many different customs between the two which have evolved throughout the exiles, I guess this is simply one more.
Can a Jew who doesnt keep Shabbat get a aliyah to the Torah?
