Question
Is a divorced Jewish woman, living with a divorced Jewish man, not having had a Jewish marriage ceremony, and having an open relationship
(i.e. multiple sexual partners), considered "eshet ish" with respect to adultery ?
Answer
She is definitely not living her life according torah values yet this is not adultery to the extent that their child will not be a Mamzer since they are not married.
