It is known for Teimani jews to have a tradition regarding locust and it’s Kashrut, alloowing them to eat it. Can one who does not have such a tradition rely on theirs?

No locust has been through Israel during that time. Can such a tradition be relied upon? The subject needs to be checked. Rabbi Yaakov Ariel
