Question
When a goy converts to Judaism to what tribe does s/he belong to if any?
Answer
In the end of chapter 47 in Ezekiel the prophet writes that the converts will inherit the land with the Jews – among the tribe they have dwelled with.
Rav Seadya Gaon in Emunot Vedeot 7;7 understands this to be in it's simple meaning and they will join the tribe they lived with.
