Question
When studying Torah on Shavuot night, is it ok to express boredom with one Perek in Mishna Torah and request to learn something else or is that disrespectful?
Answer
If expessing boredom is done in a disrespectful way, then it is wrong. However, a respectful request to learn something which will be more meaningful or interesting seems reasonable.
