Question
Why don’t we recite Chatzi Kaddish after the Torah Reading at Shabbat Mincha?
Answer
The Mishna Brura in 292:4 says the reason is that the Kaddish we say before Shmone Esre is good for the Torah reading as well. In Shacharit, we say Ashrei and Uva Letzion afterwards so we have another Kaddish.
