Where does it say in the Torah that we must read Parshat Parah.
Answer
The Beit Yosef writes of a Tosfot that writes that the Torah says to read Parashat Para, but the Achronim write that in the versions we have that Tosfot does not appear. Hence, we do not know what Tosfot's reason was.
