Carrying Kleenex on Shabbat
Question
There is no Eruv, yet, I need to use kleenex on my walk to shul. Is there a way to use kleenex without violating Shabbat?
Answer
You may put the kleenex on your shirt around your neck like a collar, in such a manner it is considered 'wearing' it, and walking without an Eruv with clothing is permissable.
