Question
Must one make a bracha on a drink (that is Shehakol) if he has already made a bracha on a food eg. meat that is Shehakol, or does a the bracha on the food exempt him from the Shehakol on the drink?
Answer
If he intended to eat a shehakol after drinking he has no need to make a second bracha. If he had no intensions he must make another Bracha.
