1) According to Sephardic custom/ Persian, how much should I eat in what time span to be able to say this bracha

2) How long after eating I have to make this bracha

3) If I eat a kazayit of any product that requires saying Meein Shalosh with a kazayit of other products that requires Bore nefashos (rice, apples, milk), do I omit saying Bore nefashos?
