Conservative shul davening

Question
Hi, If there is no orthodox shul in the neighborhood, is one allowed to daven in Conservative shul which happens to be the only shul around? If not, what’s the logic?
Answer
HaRav Moshe Feinstein (Iggrot Moshe Orach Chayyim IV 91,6) concludes that it is forbidden to daven in a Conservative synagogue even in a separate room with its own mechitza. The ruling is based on the severity of giving any form of acceptance to Conservative doctrines that call into question both the giving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai and the eternal validity of the mitzvot. Most Conservative rabbis permit serious transgressions of the shabbat- driving to synagogue for example, but even those who don’t, accept those who do as legitimate colleagues.
