Prayers for the Traveler
Question:
My son, age 7, is nervous about traveling in elevators, to hotels, and to new places. I saw your response for the elevator, but how can I help him with traveling by car away from home with brachot.
Answer:
Saying tefilat haderech, as well as singing tehillim with your son may relax him, but if this is a severe problem I suggest getting professional counselling as well.
