On the first of the month of Adar a proclamation is made about the giving of the Shekalim, in order to get the people of Israel to bring a new donation to The Holy Temple.

Nowadays, that as a result of our sins, The Holy Temple is not yet built, some of the Poskim wrote that it's better to give the donations of the 'Zecher Le'Machatzit HaShekel' to synagogues, Beit Midrashs, and Yeshivot, in order to make the Torah bigger for the Jewish nation.

We are asking you to take part in holding the world's biggest Yeshiva. Around 400,000 different surfers are using Yeshiva website every month, and our website, thank God, keeps growing, evolving, and being filled with more content, Torah lessons, and Q&As every day.
